Pricing
At Tijara Essence s.r.o., all prices are quoted in EUR and PLN and include local VAT and applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices on a day-to-day basis without prior consent. All orders are subject to availability and stock.
Payment
Tijara Essence s.r.o. accepts the following payment methods: VISA, Mastercard.
Payment will only be charged to your account once your order has been dispatched. All amounts are charged in EUR and PLN. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders for products that are out of stock or discontinued.
Delivery
Tijara Essence s.r.o. strives to dispatch orders placed before 5:00 PM on the same day; orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next business day.
Shipping areas: We ship to GERMANY, POLAND, SLOVAKIA, BELGIUM. Shipping rates: Prices start from 14.99. Excluded areas: We do not deliver to the CZECH REPUBLIC AND 3RD WORLD COUNTRIES. Carriers: Your goods are shipped via DPD and INPOST. Estimated delivery time: Your item will typically be delivered within 2 business days of placing your order.
Special delivery conditions may apply to certain goods. These conditions will be clearly stated prior to purchase.
Right of Complaint (Warranty)
In accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, a 2-year right of complaint applies. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship. Depending on the specific situation, you can have the item repaired or replaced, receive a refund, or a price reduction.
The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by improper handling or misuse of the product. You must notify us of the defect within a reasonable time after its discovery. Tijara Essence s.r.o. will cover reasonable return shipping costs for justified claims.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
We offer a full 14-day return policy for goods purchased in our online store. This period begins on the day you (or a designated third party) take physical possession of the goods.
Return conditions:

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Withdrawal from the contract must be reported to us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

The notification must be sent by e-mail to: TIJARA.ORDER@GMAIL.COM.

Following the notification, the package must be returned within 14 days.

You cannot withdraw from the contract by simply refusing to accept the product without explicit notification.
Products excluded from the right of withdrawal:

Custom-made products or products with a clearly personal nature.

Products in sealed packaging that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal is broken.

Products that deteriorate quickly or expire rapidly.

Digital content not supplied on a physical medium if performance has begun with your prior express consent.
Condition of the Returned Product
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. You may test the product as you would in a physical store, but you may not use it.
If the product has been used beyond this, it is considered "used," and you may only receive a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the product's commercial value.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive a refund of the amount paid. If there is a loss in value for which you are responsible, it will be deducted.
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of their return.

We process your data exclusively for the purpose of delivering the goods to you and handling inquiries. Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
Governing Law and Complaints
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
